Cory was fantastic. Attentive, great service! We had large nachos, 2 margaritas each- Strawberry and passion fruit, burrito bowl, and fajitas with shrimp. All in 78 each. We will be back! The food has flavor and was affordable too. This restaurant is better than the Savin Hill Mexican restaurant.

If you’re looking for top-notch Mexican food and delicious drinks, this place delivers! From the first bite of the chips and salsa to the last sip of a perfectly crafted margarita, everything was packed with flavor and authenticity. The tacos? Next-level. The guacamole? Chef’s kiss. And don’t even get me started on the cocktails—so good they might just convince you to order a second round (or a third...). Now, fair warning: the prices are definitely on the higher side. It’s not your everyday taco joint, but if you’re in the mood to treat yourself, it’s worth it. The atmosphere was lively, the service was great, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. Would I come back? Absolutely. Would my wallet cry a little? Also yes. But hey, sometimes great food is worth the splurge!

I went to Chubb's today for the first time for brunch and was very impressed with how flavorful the food is. Also my granddaughter's and my food was flagged with an allergy toothpick. Thank you...one hour no allergy symptoms! I'll be back soon

We live in the neighborhood and we’re waiting to go here - everything exceeded expectations and was excellent! The wooden accents, open windows, and plants throughout the interior make for an awesome atmosphere and our server Erin was great - very knowledgeable and attentive. Drinks and food were well presented as well as fast and delicious. 10/10 would recommend and can’t wait to come back with friends!

My second time coming to this spot but first time for brunch! Chicken and Waffles were okay. Expected more of a chicken tenders color but it was tasty! Tried both of the Iced coffees, flavorful but I don’t think I’m a spiked iced coffee gyal. I’m more of a margarita chick we like this spot tho! They take reservations and the service is great!

My wife and I ate there last night. The food was great, the service was good, and the vibe was right...But, and I hope ownership is reading this, it was VERY LOUD. They have flat hard surfaces everywhere (ceiling, floor, walls), which just reflects the noise - not dampen it. My one piece of advice would be to invest a little bit in some sound absorption tiles and strategically place them on the ceiling/walls. This would make a great place even better.

Went to Chubb for the first time today! We all got different drinks and meals and it exceeding our expectations! Nachos are the best in the area! Drinks were unbelievable and the corona margaritas were surprisingly very good highly recommend. We did street parking which was not bad for a Sunday. Our server Sylvia was amazing, she was so attentive and sweet. Will definitely be back.

We stopped here for dinner on a weeknight and had a great experience. Splitting the masa popcorn chicken with one other person as an appetizer plus ordering three tacos (birria, coconut shrimp, drunken fish) was the perfect amount of food for one person. I’d particularly recommend the birria taco. The tables next to the front windows, which were completely open, were perfect to enjoy the 75 degree weather.
